Reindy Faith Sanon

Reindy Faith Sanon is an aspiring dermatologist, student researcher, and nationally recognized STEM leader dedicated to advancing inclusive healthcare through research, education, and service. A member of the Class of 2026 at Carteret High School, she has developed a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning medicine, public health, and scientific innovation.

Reindy served as President of her school’s HOSA chapter after previously serving as Secretary and was selected as a 2026 New Jersey Governor’s STEM Scholar, where her team earned the Excellence in Research Award, the program’s highest honor. She is also the recipient of the New Jersey School Counselor Association High School Award, the Teens With Stethoscopes Scholar Award for Excellence in Writing, and was named Distinguished Young Woman of New Jersey 2026.

Her experiences include cancer research through the Scientific Enrichment Month (SEM) Program at the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center, selection as a Junior Fellow with the Harvard Undergraduate Microbiology Society, and guest speaking on podcasts to promote inclusive dermatologic education and skin health awareness.
