 Gregory Turlington 

Founder & Executive Director

Gregory Turlington founded The LaRoche Foundation in 2025 with a vision of helping students pursue higher education with greater financial clarity and reduced debt burden. Through the Foundation’s 0% Tuition Pathway initiative, he works to expand access to scholarship strategy, mentorship, financial aid guidance, and community-based educational support for first-generation and financially under-resourced students. His work focuses on building partnerships and scalable systems that help students navigate college admissions and affordability with confidence.

Chris Chaplin 

Director of Programs

Chris Chaplin is an educator, strategist, and program builder with more than 20 years of experience advancing student success, college access, and career readiness. As Director of Programs for The LaRoche Foundation, he provides leadership for student-facing initiatives, educational programming, and strategic partnerships that support the Foundation’s mission. His expertise in postsecondary planning, program development, and student engagement helps strengthen pathways to higher education and long-term success for scholars and families.

Deborah Chaplin 

Board Treasurer

 

Deborah Chaplin serves as a Clinical Trial Manager at Chaplin Clinical and brings operational and healthcare leadership experience to The LaRoche Foundation. She is committed to supporting student opportunity, community engagement, and organizational growth through thoughtful leadership and service.

Donald Coursey

 Board Secretary

 

Donald Coursey is the Managing Director of Centillion 2 Business Solutions and contributes business operations, strategic planning, and organizational development expertise to The LaRoche Foundation. His leadership experience supports the Foundation’s efforts to build sustainable systems and expand long-term impact for students and families.
