Malik Gantt is an aspiring architect with a passion for design, structure, and creating spaces that shape communities. As a member of the LaRoche Scholars Founding Cohort 2026, he represents a new generation of students approaching college with vision, discipline, and purpose.
Malik has been accepted to the University of Pittsburgh, where he plans to pursue his studies in architecture. His interest in the field reflects both a creative mindset and a desire to build environments that are functional, impactful, and lasting.
He approaches his academic journey with intention—understanding that success in architecture requires not only technical skill, but long-term planning, persistence, and the ability to think beyond the present.
