LaRoche Fellows™
LaRoche Fellows™ are a network of community leaders, educators, professionals, and alumni who help students and families navigate The 0% Tuition Pathway™ — ensuring access to college with little to no out-of-pocket cost.
As part of The LaRoche Foundation’s model, Fellows extend our reach into schools, churches, and communities — creating local support systems that make college access more equitable, informed, and achievable.
The role of a LaRoche Fellow
Scholar Fellows
Scholar Fellows are former LaRoche Scholars who continue their journey by giving back.
They:
Mentor current scholars
Share real-world college experiences
Support younger students navigating the pathway
Every LaRoche Scholar has the opportunity to become a Fellow — continuing the cycle of access, mentorship, and impact.

Two Pathways to Becoming a Fellow
The LaRoche Foundation is not just a program — it is a system designed to produce outcomes.
Fellows make that system work.
By embedding support within communities, Fellows help ensure that students:
Make informed college decisions
Maximize financial aid opportunities
Avoid unnecessary student debt
Together, Fellows help turn possibility into reality through The 0% Tuition Pathway™.
Why Fellows Matter
Help bring The 0% Tuition Pathway™ to your school, church, or community.
Whether you are a leader, educator, professional, or former scholar, you can play a role in expanding access and empowering the next generation.
LaRoche Fellows™ serve as the bridge between community and opportunity.
They:
Identify and nominate high-potential students
Support families through the college and financial aid process
Host or support FAFSA and college readiness workshops
Connect students to internships, scholarships, and opportunities
Reinforce accountability and encouragement throughout the journey
Through their leadership, Fellows help ensure that students are not navigating the process alone.
Community Fellows
Community Fellows are leaders embedded in trusted institutions.
This includes:
Pastors and church leaders
School counselors and educators
Community organization leaders
Professionals in finance, education, and related fields
They help bring The 0% Tuition Pathway™ directly into their communities.
