Julia Drucker will graduate from Pottstown High School in the Spring of 2026 and plans to pursue a degree in Respiratory Therapy at West Chester University. With a strong passion for helping others, Julia is drawn to the medical field because of the direct impact healthcare professionals can have on patients and families during critical moments.
Respiratory therapy is a field that combines science, compassion, and quick thinking—qualities that Julia is eager to develop as she continues her education. She is particularly inspired by the opportunity to support patients experiencing breathing and lung-related illnesses, providing care that can truly improve quality of life.
Julia’s decision to enter the healthcare field reflects her commitment to service and her desire to make a meaningful difference in her community. As she begins this next chapter at West Chester University, she looks forward to gaining the knowledge, clinical experience, and professional skills needed to become a skilled and compassionate respiratory therapist.
As a member of the LaRoche Scholars Founding Cohort 2026, Julia represents the spirit of determination and service that defines the LaRoche Foundation’s mission of empowering future leaders.
